First of all, I would like to thank dearly the owner of the Hotel for the great idea and fantastic service and also for choosing the right team who enjoy working with dogs and cats. 2 years ago, Moka had a very bad experience elsewhere and it was very difficult for us to go in vacation because we always worry about Moka. We searched the net and finally found Hotel Balto. When I went to see the place before registration I was amazed how the team was friendly and really cared. Moka had a great experience in the hotel. It's like leaving her with family. Thank you Briana for the special care you gave to Moka.
