I can say that I am very happy to have found Hotel Balto.  Having your pet away from you is always hard, but knowing they are in the best hands is a comforting feeling! Lily was treated with love and care and the best feeling is knowing she was safe and happy! Thank you Hotel Balto for Lily's hospitality!
