Mango et Maui

Mango (sister) & Maui (brother), our adorable Yorkshire terriers are 1 ½ years old. In 2012, we had planned several family vacations and were really concerned about where we could leave them while we were away. After visiting several places, we eventually made our way to BALTO and, even within moments of walking through the front door, we knew we had found our place for our beloved puppies. After being greeted by Briana and her gang, we knew we were in the right place. When you first enter the premises, you realize that this place is first-rate, clean, luxurious and safe. But more importantly, after you meet Briana and the rest of the staff, you realize that her and her staff are not only capable people but very caring and attentive as well. Mango and Maui are family and we always feel like they will be safe, well-taken care of, and moreover, treated with the utmost care and affection by Briana and her staff. In fact, I know that Mango & Maui enjoy seeing them as well and always seem to have fun while they’ re there!   On behalf of the entire Palumbo clan, we just want to thank you, Briana as well as the rest of the BALTO gang for making us and our puppies feel at home every time we visit.
