Kiki and Biscuit

Biscuit has been going to Balto since the opening, he always lights up when he walks through the door as he knows that he is going to be spoiled with love and affection for the duration of his stay. Kiki is a more timid dog and takes some time to warm up to anyone but the staff at Balto is always patient and calm and always wins her over every time.  By the time I picked Kiki up from her first visit she was being cuddled lovingly in the arms of one of the staff members which is a huge step for her.  I would recommend Balto to anyone, the staff is exceptional, the facilities are second to none and the peace of mind that you get knowing your pets are in good hands is priceless.
