Moppy, Dagen, Toulouse, Cheshire & Hex

My family and I were very concerned about leaving our beloved dogs and cats while on vacation… from the moment we contacted Hotel Balto they put our minds at ease and offered caring personalized service.  We arranged to have our 2 dogs stay at Hotel Balto for a few doggy daycare sessions to get them used to the Hotel.  Hotel Balto was always accommodating and understanding and the daycare sessions helped adjust them for their longer stay during our vacation.  We reserved the large playroom for the dogs so they would have enough room to be comfortable and the suite for the three cats… We were very concerned about one of our cats, Cheshire, as he was a feral we took in a year and a half ago and was very nervous being away from home.  We called in almost daily to Hotel Balto for updates on the animals and they always welcomed our calls and spent as much time as we needed.  The first few days Cheshire was afraid and not eating and I suggested some special treats he liked and Hotel Balto was caring enough to send someone to the store to purchase them which helped him to start eating.  We were also able to watch them on the camera which we were able to access on the internet… every day almost we checked in to see how they were and they always looked comfortable and many times we saw the workers at Hotel Balto giving them attention and playing with them and the dogs and cats looked very content… Yes we did get to enjoy our vacation because Hotel Balto put all our worries at ease and when we came back the animals were beautifully groomed and in excellent health!
