Ginger

Kudos to the Hotel Balto! I have been bringing Ginger to the Hotel Balto for grooming for the last 4 years, every 8-12 weeks, and have never been disappointed in the service she has received.  Our visits to the Hotel Balto are wonderful from the moment we arrive - we are so warmly greeted and attended to by such courteous, caring and accommodating staff.  I have no hesitation in leaving Ginger for her spa day, where she is pampered, and when through, looks absolutely gorgeous.  Ginger has also stayed over night at the Hotel Balto in a room of her own with all the comforts of like being at home.  Ginger is a happy and very satisfied customer when she visits the Hotel Balto. Keep up the wonderful, caring service.
